* Participants from China have extra Visa fee which costs NTD 600/USD20 per person. The Visa fee is not included in the registration fee.

You can complete the payment online via credit card processing.

If you cannot complete the payment online, remittance is also acceptable.

If you pay the registration fee with remittance, there will be extra charge due to different banks. Please scan the payment voucher and send to fujensl@mail.fju.edu.tw  for the administrative procedure. You will receive a confirmation letter from conference secretariat after we’ve received your payment. Check and draft are not acceptable.

Refund Policy

Conference registration refund policy:

Cancellations before 15th February 2015 will receive a full refund. From 15th February 2015 to 28th February 2015, a 50% refund will be given. After 28th February 2015, we regret that no refunds will be issued.
Accommodation reservation refund policy:

Any cancellation or modification received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur the charge of one night.

  • Conference (opening ceremony, keynote speeches, meetings, group discussion, poster exhibitions, et cetera)
